What is your shipping policy?

Shipping is free for any order above £49. Shipping rates are £3.99 for 2-4 working day tracked delivery. There may be surcharges if consignments are out of gauge, require re-delivery, or are in hard to reach areas (e.g. Scottish Highlands, off-shore UK, Channel Islands etc.). Please note that deliveries to such areas may also take longer to arrive so please bear this in mind when planning your orders and quantity of product on hand.

Orders placed before 14h00 will be dispatched same day (Monday - Friday)

Orders placed after 14h00 will be dispatched the next working day.

How does shipping work on weekends?

Orders placed before 14h00 on Fridays may be delivered over the weekend depending on courier deliverability and service area. However, we advise allowing for 2-4 working days for delivery.

Orders placed after 14h00 on Fridays will be dispatched on Monday evening and delivered within 2-4 working days.

Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be dispatched on Monday evening and delivered within 2-4 working days. 

How does shipping work with subscriptions?

Subscription purchases will follow our standard shipping policy and should be delivered within 2-4 working days of the subscription payment. The order date for your subscription is not the delivery date. After a subscription order is processed and paid for, please allow the standard delivery timeline of 2-4 working days. If your dog is sensitive and eats a restricted diet, then we always advise you keep a small buffer of food just in case of any unforeseen delivery delays.  

If you notice any delays in your order being delivered, please get in touch with us asap (hello@mygrubclub.com) so we can escalate the matter with our couriers or get a replacement sent to you ASAP. We do not monitor the delivery of every order once it's dispatched from our warehouse so please get contact us as soon as you notice any delays so we can help make sure bowls don't go empty.
