We've been told by 99% of the dogs that have tried our products that they're positively delicious. That's why we're pretty chuffed to offer all of our customers a money-back guarantee. Yes, you read that right. If you or your dog aren't 100% satisfied with your new Grub Club treats or food, we'll provide you with a refund. You can keep the food and/or and pass it along to a friend or donate it to a local animal shelter. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of our products.

Please note: your money back claim needs to be made within 14 days of purchase and is limited to the price paid on one 1.5kg bag or 6kg bag of All-Day Buffet or a 12 pack of wet food. Only one money-back claim can be made per customer and/or shipping address.

Intro Bundle & Poop Perfector Bundle money back claims are limited to the All-Day Buffet product price at the intro offer of 25% off.

Subscriptions: please note that our Money Back Guarantee does not apply to unwanted subscription orders that are not cancelled before the orders are processed. In these instances, we will refund you the value of your order once it's been returned to our warehouse unopened. The cost of returning the products is your responsibility. If you choose to refuse a shipment as a way of returning an order, a £15 refusal fee will also apply. This will be deducted from your final refund amount.
