Brand Money Back Guarantee

We've been told by 99% of the dogs that have tried our products that they're positively delicious. That's why we're pretty chuffed to offer all of our customers a money-back guarantee. Yes, you read that right. If you or your dog aren't 100% satisfied with your new Grub Club treats or food, we'll provide you with a full refund. You can keep the food and/or and pass them along to a friend or donate them to a local animal shelter. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of our products.

Please note: your money back claim needs to be made within 14 days of purchase and is limited to the price paid on one 1.5kg bag or 6kg bag of All-Day Buffet. Only one money-back claim can be made per customer and/or shipping address.

Intro Bundle money back claims are limited to the All-Day Buffet product price at the intro offer of 25% off.

Subscriptions: please note that our Money Back Guarantee does not apply to unwanted subscription orders that are not cancelled before the orders are processed. In these instances, we will refund you the value of your order once it's been returned to our warehouse. Unfortunately, we cannot provide return postage in these instances. 

First Order Discounts

All first order discounts are limited to a single bag of product. Please note that multiple uses of first order discounts to the same address will result in the order being cancelled and refunded. Any first order discounts used on multiple bags will result in orders being cancelled and refunded.

Pets at Home Golden Ticket Giveaway with Unplugged

Prize includes a 3 night digital detox escape at an Unplugged cabin for 3 people, plus your dog. This is up to the value of £515. This can be used against any cabin, excluding bank holidays and premium stays. Voucher does not include any other extras or travel to the cabin. If the value of the stay is above the value of the voucher, you will be required to pay any remaining balance. If the value of the stay is below the value of the voucher, no cash refunds will be made. Voucher must be redeemed within 6 months of issue. Normal cancellation policy applies.

Grub Club Loyalty Program

All discounts related to Grub Club's Loyalty and Rewards program are limited to a monetary value equivalent to the full price of a 12kg bag of All-Day Buffet. All code redemptions towards subscription orders will need to be applied to a customer's typical subscription delivery. For example, if your usual subscription is for 6kg of All-Day Buffet on periodic delivery, then your loyalty discount will be applicable to the usual subscription, provided that does not exceed the monetary value cap explained above.

Subscriptions at Grub Club

When signing up to a Grub Club subscription you are agreeing to regular deliveries of our products to your named delivery address. You are also agreeing to take responsibility for the safety of these products once delivered to your stated delivery address.

You must have an account to order and purchase products from us.

You must have correct, accurate and valid card payment details entered on your customer account.

When you complete the purchase of our Subscribe & Save option, you will automatically be subscribed to a regular order and delivery of products from Grub Club.

The total price paid by you for our subscription products includes VAT.

The cost will be displayed on the website prior to you confirming your order. At this point, you can change your details and the details of your deliveries before continuing with the order and purchase. The total price of your past and future orders is also visible in your customer account pages.

We reserve the right to vary the contents of your order without notice and at our sole discretion.

You can manage your future orders with us through your customer account.

The total price will be charged to the payment card we hold on your account for you at the time of the order processing for each specific order. We reserve the right to increase our prices. Where a subscription account is held, price changes will occur in line with changes displayed on our website.

Your subscription to Grub Club will remain in effect until you cancel it. You can cancel your subscription at any time without fees or penalties via your customer account. Alternatively, you can email us at hello@mygrubclub.com any time to cancel your subscription.

If you cancel your Grub Club subscription and subsequently reactivate at a different time the price for any particular product or bundle of products may be a different price than the price in effect at the time of cancellation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

• Limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;
• Limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
