How do I set up a subscription?
When adding a product to your shopping cart you’ll see the option to choose between a ‘one-time’ purchase or ‘subscribe’. Select ‘subscribe’ and the quantity and frequency you’d like to receive the product. Add to cart and continue through the checkout process as normal.
Am I contracted to stay subscribed?
You can opt in to have Grub Club regularly delivered straight to your door with absolutely no strings attached; you can pause, cancel or amend your subscription at any time. We get it, commitment’s scary.
Do I receive a discount when I subscribe?
If the sound of sweet treats ringing your doorbell isn’t enough – we’ll throw in 10% off every order.
How do I manage my subscription?
Create an account on our website to check on your upcoming subscription. At the click of a button you can: Amend your product selection Change the dispatch date Change the frequency of your orders Update your payment details Skip, delay or cancel your subscription Please note, you cannot make changes to your order if it has already been processed. How do I skip or delay my delivery?
As long as your upcoming order has not already been processed, you can log in to your account and delay, skip or cancel your subscription.
When can I expect my next subscription?
Upcoming shipments and their dispatch dates are listed on the subscription page in your account. If you’re signed up to receive our SMS marketing you will also receive a reminder via text four days before your next subscription is due. Reply ‘SKIP’ if you’d like to skip your next subscription or ‘DELAY’ if you want to postpone it by another 7 days.
